CENOMAR

I really do love this country, but i swear the governmental processes to get things done is worse than the DMVx10.

I am here on a 9A visa with exception for my daughter. I intend to marry her mother prior to my departure, however im hitting a hitch.

I followed ALL the required procedures got ALL the required paperwork, sat through the 4 hour seminar, only to be told i have to have a cenomar.

According to PSA website, as a foreigner i must have an an ACR card or SRRV Visa to get a cenomar.

Well my visa is only 59 days, so i dont qualify for an ACR card, and im to young for the SRRV.

My question is, has anyone here gotten a CENOMAR with a 9a visa?
