PNP sweeps

I have just stumbled on some knowledge that the PNP in conjunction with the military are doing sweeps on the whereabouts of ex-pats. They will talk to ex-pats and try and understand where other ex-pats are. Location and status and friendships. They’re doing sweeps in amongst brgy’s … they have finally clued in that there are a lot of ex-pats that have overstayed, or have bench warrants out for their arrest , judgements against them in their homeland, and so on.

Have you heard of this ace ? :) Or anyone? Be careful, very careful. I am sure these guys do not want to be sent home.

Can anybody confirm that these sweeps are happening? . If not now in your area soon, I hear ..
