Healthcare

Hi Folks

I'm trying to find a good affordable healthcare provider while living in the Philippines. I looked briefly at one provider on the forum and they quoted $250 monthly for basic cover while in the Asia's just for me, over double with partner and we are still in our mid 50s. (That's outside my retirement budget). I know philhealth is available but doesn't count for much if the sh1t hit the fan. There is also the public hospitals but I don't want to resort to relying on those.especially as an expat Does anyone have any recommendations? Is it possible to arrange healthcare through another country, say for example, Thailand?

Cheers
Bren.
