SRRV requirements

Hi

A couple of questions if you don't mind sharing your knowledge. In relation to a residency visa for the Philippines, can I apply for an SRRV if married to a filipina if I plan to live in the Philippines permanently? Or do I require a different type?

Anyone who has an SRRV visa what was required for you acquire this?

And just on pensions and tax. Am I required to pay tax on my pension in the Philippines if married or can I just lodge it into an irish bank and draw it down when needed or have someone transfer it weekly through Western Union to a Philippine bank account for example
