Schooling and/or adult housing for our 18 year old autistic son

One of the main reasons we are considering moving to the Philippines is because we are hoping to find long term care and housing for our son. Im in my 60's and my wife is in her 50's. We will not be around forever. We have no idea how to even start looking for housing, schooling or other necessary services for him. Any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks in advance
