Travel insurance medical coverage

Hi,

Due to Covid, I had to go back to Europe to take care off my parents without my girlfriend (6 years relationship).

Now I want her to visit my home country for the first time. In order to get a Schengen visa she needs a travel insurance with medical coverage (at least EUR 30,000).

Anyone experience where/how to arrange this in The Philippines?
