Help with understanding requirements

I thought I understood what I was doing today and I booked tickets for the Philippines just after the first week of next month.

My plans were to wait to buy the return ticket after I got the results from the RT-PCR test.

I also was planning on staying with someone I know there, thinking of looking around to get a house to rent with my fiancee.

I thought I knew what I was doing, but then I looked closer at this.

The visitor.tourism.gov.ph site, under:

REQUIREMENTS BEFORE YOU GO

4. Register at onehealthpass com ph at least 3 days prior to departure.to get a QR code.

And get totally panicked by....

b. Confirmed bookings from hotels or accommodation establishments that are accredited by the Philippines’ Department of Tourism (DOT)

** But I am staying at a friend and his wife's house. (unless my fiancee finds a house before I get there).

C. Return flight tickets to your port of origin or next destination, which should be not later than 30 days from date of arrival in the Philippines

** But I was not going to purchase them until I pass the RT-PCR test and know I need them.

Negative result of RT-PCR Test taken within 48 hours prior to departure.

** How do I submit at least 3 days prior the RT-PCR test that has to be within 48 hours of departure?

Ok, go to the Onehealthpass site, and see....

And it says:

WARNING!

Your registered data will be invalid if your registration date is not within 3 days during your actual arrival date in the Philippines.

So the first site say 3 days prior and the next says within 3 days.

If I wait until within and it is 3 days prior, it's too late.

If I do it prior and it is supposed to be within, it will be invalid..

My guess is you start it now, then update it when you get the RT-PCR.

But that is only a guess.

Lot of money and stress and effort based on a guess :(

I was guessing that I just tell them that I am staying at a friends house, get a letter from him if they needed it.

But just a guess.

I was guessing I could tell them I would be booking the return flight as soon as I passed the required RT-PCR test. Why the ticket now if there is a requirement that could stop me from going in less then 48 hours of the flight.

And when they say 48 hours before departure, does that mean from the city I first board a aircraft to go?

Or from the time my flight leaves LAX?

First flight is 3pm, but lax is close to 10 pm.

Hard to get a test at 10pm 2 days before, so I only have around 36 hours to play with.

I can guess at things, but does anyone know the actual procedure I need to do in my case, my situation?
