Schooling Options For US Kids

Hello and thank you for any advice you may offer.

I'm US and quickly approaching retirement. My wife is Filipina with dual citizenship and our 4 year old daughter is also dual. We are currently in Colorado and our plan had been to retire to Florida for the warm weather and beaches with emphasis on schools for our daughter and availability of Filipino friends for my wife but the pandemic fallout and resulting inflationary economy and particularly the housing market has priced us out of that option on a retirement income and we are considering other options. My wife grew up in Lapu-Lapu (Cebu) and I've spent some time there off and on as well. We are considering relocating back to the Philippines but our main concern is schooling for our daughter that would leave open the future option of being accepted by US colleges (international schools?). I realize that Metro Manila has a number of good options but Manila doesn't make our list.

We are interested in information on the quality of and best options for private schools in possibly Davao, Dumaguete, Cebu, Tagaytay, or Cagayan de Oro. Or any other options outside Metro Manila that anyone may suggest. Quality of schools is our top priority followed closely by availability of suitable and affordable housing locations, safety, and availability of family activities (beaches?).

Thank you for your help!
