Cashing a Check from a US Bank

A few years ago, before I started receiving a pension, I would write checks to a Filipino friend from my US bank to be deposited to their BPI bank account. They would withdraw the money and give it to me after it cleared (usually about 3 to 4 weeks). BPI charged $5. Now, I want to write a check from my US bank to my BDO dollar account. Does anyone know what BDO charges. I remember seeing a table of charges by various Philippine banks before. Someone on this forum posted it, but I can't find it. If nobody here knows, Of course, I can ask my bank, but I just want to know if anyone with a BDO account has done this. Thanks
