SRRV Courtesy non-mil

Hello, I am planning on applying for the Philippine SRRV Courtesy. The plan is to get a 59 day visa prior to traveling in July and explore the possibility of obtaining the the SRRV Courtesy for former holder of 9(e)visa, as it will be another year before I can qualify for the SRRV Courtesy for retired military.
I am putting together the documents required for the SRRV-C but cannot find information regarding the expiration of apostillized documents. Can anyone provide information on expiration of apostillized employment and marriage certificates.
