Zillow of PH?

Looking at having my wife buy some land for future home. Running into 2 main issues.

1. No one has a title. They pull out some dirty 10-year-old napkin and think its official because it's written in pen.

2. They think a tiny parcel of land in the middle of nowhere is worth millions of pesos.

I'm sure electric, water, internet, who really owes the land, dealing with government offices, etc., are all issues, too.

It's almost like whoever has the most clout and has been there the longest owns the land. By word of mouth!

Man, they really need Zillow. If someone was willing to invest and had some government support, paying a bunch of kids to go out and use drones to digitally parcel the land and link that to government records. Sounds doable to me.
Am I dreaming?

It would help them out a lot. I don't know who keeps paying for all these outrageously overprices Lamudi ads for years on end for land that never sells, but it gives people the wrong idea. They need actual sold prices posted.
