Just to give some of you guys and idea of what it's like in the Philippines my wife mentioned to me today that her sister-in-law went back to her province for the election because she'll be able to get 5T-10T pesos from the people running from Mayor, Vice Mayor to the counselors. If you play it right, you can get money from both sides. That's how everything is done in the Philippines. Money buys everything. Everyone knows it, and all the people look forward to the elections for the extra money that's given out. Why do these elected officials pay so much just to be elected???
