I am looking for the quietest type of living space. I am not going to live in the provinces where I would expect that is a way of life.

I am trying to get some advice on what type of living situations would provide for the most relief from said animals.

I am moving to Cebu the first week of November and have tickets in hand.

Should I concentrate on high level condominiums or is this possible at gated communities.

I realize that most will tell me to look when I get there, but I need to have a place ready and reserved for me. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I know that I can never escape all of the noise that happens there and that it is a way of life in most places.
