I need update on latest and greatest on entering Philippines

Now seen the pandemic has somewhat faded, and Philippines is pretty much open to foreginors visiting the Philippines, what are today's entry requirements for a tourist?
Is covd insurance mandatory to enter Philippines?
Can a foreginor, simply visiting Philippines, that does not have a Filipina wife, can he enter the country without a visa, be given 30 day visa at entry, has that changed?
If not, can that tourist extend their tourist visa for an additional 60 day's, say 90 days total, then fly out of Philippines, has that changed?
If not, if one flys into Philippines say November 1st of 2022, with a return ticket of say January 20th 2023.
That's 80 day's which is less than the 3 month stay.
Will I be allowed to enter Philippines on say November 1st, with a return ticket for January 20th 2023??
