International Phone Service

Hello everyone…. Topic : International phone service…. As with any traveler to the Philippines there will be times when international communication between myself and banks or money transfer service will be imperative . Most will require ( from the USA anyway ) to send an sms text code or communicate with you somehow using a local ( home country ) phone number . Outgoing calls from the Philippines doesn’t seem to be problematic… example Skype calling plan. But incoming…??? I don’t know. Has anybody used Majicjack app for cell phone only..??? Do I need to have a “unit” plugged into a computer. ?Does anybody have any experience with inbound cell phone only communication…??? I plan on dropping my current provider in the US…
