What is the security like for a foreigner? I understand that the people are very friendly and helpful.

How is the health care? I am relative healthy but need some prescription advice.

Is the weather hot and humid? I am only guessing, was stationed in the tropics once and the humidity wasn't pleasant.

How is the transportation? Are the services costly, timely, and safe? Will I be allowed to purchase my own vehicle and if so how are vehicle maintenance services?

I have eaten in quite a few Filipino restaurants here in the states and the cuisine is really nice. So I will assume the preparation of courses locally are awesome.
