I've been informed by my PRA marketer that my SRRV Expanded Courtesy Visa has been signed off by immigration and that It should be in the Makati PRA office next week. Now I need some advice regarding banking institutions to set-up an account. PNB seems to be the choice of EXPATS here but I'm also considering BDO Network since the are established in the US. I know BDO had problems with hackers and website security in the past. Any advice would be appreciated..
