Philippine SIM card Registration

Has anyone here registered their local SIM card yet? I've heard that the PH gov't. has required all SIM card owners (whether old or new) needs to register their sim card by April, 2023. Otherwise your SIM card won't be working if not registered by that month. What website did you used? Is it easy to register? What info did they asked? Does this apply too for foreign SIM card?
