SSA Checks to BDO

Howdy all. My ex-wife is a dual citizen. She currently gets her SSA payments in her credit union state side. She wants to have them sent directly to her BDO dollar account. The SSA website is pretty vague on the subject. The form they have online is just to get money sent as Philippine currency. The credit union has no international wire transfer capability.
Currently I log in and send it via remitly for her. I can't keep doing that. Having it sent direct is better option. She would with draw it as soon as it hits her account.
Any info is appreciated.
