Spousal visa

I will be sponsoring my Pinay girlfriend on a US fiancee visa (K-1) next year. After we marry in the US, she will become a US resident and most likely a citizen. Sometime in the future I expect we will relocate to the Philippines permanently (although we will probably still maintain a home in the USA). At that point my wife will sponsor me for residency and hopefully citizenship. Is the process in the Philippines similar to that in the USA? Does anyone know the timelines/requirements?
