OPM and yearly doctor checkup

Hello Just joined. My question is about getting a yearly exam / orthopaedic doctor visit to show OPM that I go to the doctor each year and my condition hasn't changed. Does anyone else do this and if so are there any recommended places to go to do this each year. I'm also Not sure if medical reports from a foreign doctor would be or are acceptable to OPM in USA.
So any help on this is greatly appreciated.
