I was told by USA Manila Forwarder ( who is shipping a container of household goods for me ) to Cebu......that bec my asawa is a retiring dual, returning fila - that we have a one time hall pass to bring our household goods in without import taxes ( no $$ limit ) Bec I have read alot in this forum about US banking issues for expats, I'm wondering if a Long Term asawa citizen visa as opposed to a SRRV ( Veteran ) visa would allow me to avail of the import hall pass. Any info appreciated
