Health Care while visiting

I had an accident on a motorcycle in Bohol while we were visiting and need to have my ankle looked at as I will be traveling home on January 9th. I have Kaiser Insurance and must use either an emergency room or an urgent care facility to be reimbursed. Any suggestions? I am staying in here, Guadalupe Cebu City, 6000 PHILIPPINES.
