Has anyone used or has any knowledge about a Charles Schwab account that can be used in the Philippines if I open an account with them? I would like to use funds while there to buy furnishings for my condo and would like to know about accessing them. Is it easy to get get any monies I need for this project out and if there is any problems or some kind of time frame involved in getting these funds. I have heard there are no ATM fees and would like to know about the exchange rates involved or about any extra foreign fees associated with this.
