Desperately wanting to move to Poland

Hi there,
I'm a Polish girl, married to an American, living currently in the middle of nowhere in upstate NY. I can't find a decent job here,so I've worked for many different companies, doing jobs that I hate.. Being so sick of living here, I seriously think about moving back to Poland (Warsaw/Krakow/Wroclaw/Poznan/anywhere)... My husband used to teach English in Opole (that's how we met), but the job was in a Public High School, so as you probably realize, it didn't pay well. I wouldn't want to have him quit his teaching job here and go to Poland, only to end up in a public school again (there's no problem finding this kind of job for a native speaker in PL these days.).. IS it possible for a native speaker w/o TESOL certification to find a job in a private lg school ? if so, is the salary decent? are there any benefits private schools offer? Perhaps you have other suggestions as to what kind of job other than teaching a US certified English teacher could look for in PL?

I'd be grateful for any suggestions, thoughts, help..
maria
