apartment for rent in Kraków since Feb.2009

Hi,
I've got to let brand new apartment of 84sq. meteres comprising of 2 floors, located on the 3rd floor in the quiet, green area of four buildings.
It's situated on the outskirts of Kraków, near Wieliczka, so will suit more people looking for quiet, green place for rest rathern than fun lovers in the city center ;)

Apartment is available for max. 4 people, non-smoking, quiet, for one year or longer.

Monthly rent amounts to 3600 PLN. Utilities paid additionally in the amount of 400 PLN monthly.
A deposit of two month rent is required.

Apartment is to let starting February 2009.
