living in Magdalenka v Opaczewska ?

due to relocate to Warsaw soon - it has been suggested we live in Magdalenka are - can i ask anyone what is it like ? other option would be Opaczewska - want a large garden, near to civilsation and shops? would there be other expats there ?
any advice greatly received
