CCDR permission

We are looking at a property that is a rebuild of a ruin in an ecological area.
The building itself is of excellent quality in stone exterior. The problem we have is that it does not have a pool and the footprint of the build only leaves an area of 25 square metres. So technically a 10 x 2 metre pool is ok. The point is does the CCDR normally grant these things and how long does the permission take. If anyone has experience of this i would be grateful for the feedback. My mail is [email protected]
