Areas in Lisbon to avoid? Can someone comment on this list?

I was researching Lisbon because we will be moving there in a few months. I want to stay in Lisbon for a few months and wanted to know what areas to avoid. I found this list and want to know if anyone can comment on it to verify or give information about other places to avoid? Thank you.

Olaias
Amadora
Cova Da Moura
Seis De Maio
Quinta de Fonte
Monsanto Park - no night, OK day
Parque Eduardo VII – no night, OK day
Intendente- no day or night
Martim Moniz-no day or night
Chelas - no day or night
Casal Ventoso – no day or night
