Warning issued over weekend floodingWarning issued over weekend flooding?

Hi, I just read about heavy rains in Southern Portugal (The Portugal’s National Civil Protection Authority (ANPC) said historically vulnerable areas - such as Lisbon, Faro and Albufeira - could flood again because of the amount of rain expected).
I am travelling to Lisbon and Algarve in a few days – how bad is the flooding? Thanks!
