Tax and Retirement Question

I am a 36 year old US military veteran with disability compensation, I will be moving to Portugal very soon. Let's say that I choose not work in Portugal at all.

I know I will have to pay the world taxes for the US and Portugal to avoid double taxation.

So my question is, if I choose not work in Portugal, when I get older in life, will I be able to collect Social Security in Portugal as well as in the US, although I haven't worked in Portugal and I still have to pay Portuguese taxes?
