Relocating to Portugal

With some understanding of the D7 process, is there a list of trusted residency professionals to use. Or is the D7 process pretty straight forward for us to navigate?

Is there a list of trusted apartment rental companies to use in Portugal? And, is there a way to mitigate the cost of of an apartment rental contract for the months of non-use while pursuing a D7 from the US?

We have seen various costs for Private Health Insurance, anywhere from $100-$300/month/person. What is a good basic policy known for common coverages (hospital, health, dental, and vision) that meet requirements in Portugal? And, is there a list of trusted insurance companies and agencies to use in Portugal?

We are planning to sell our home, cars, etc. in the US and liquidate most anything we currently own. Is there a good list of belongings we may want to consider bringing with us to Portugal?
