best family friendly place to live

We are a family from Dublin looking to live in Portugal . Our children are 14 and 12 years old and with the lovely irish climate spend too much time indoors on their phones! woud love to give them a more outdoor lifestyle near beauitiful beaches with a climate that does not get too hot during the summer but is warm most of the year. We woud love to live in a friendly community with english speakers and plenty of outdoor activities for our children as well as a good local school..
