Medical Insurance

Before I can get my residency card, I have to live on the island for so many months. I am wondering about private
health insurance. I have pre-existing conditions so I’m curious if it would b worth the cost? I am looking for a plan that would really help w/medication costs, bloodwork & the ability to have my pacemaker checks. If anyone knows of a private medical insurance plan that is affordable, while keeping n mind the above. I’d truly appreciate the help. Thanking you n advance!
