Medical care payment

(pardon the millionth ("ask"). My stateside AAA agent says Allianz will pay for treatment as received. I don't accept that as true. A few years ago while staying in Alvor we used the very up-to-date hospital for a severe UTI, paying cash on site and going for the reimbursement back home. What is the case today with Allianz? I welcome the digital filing.
