International School in Porto for Secondary Student

We are considering relocating to Porto from America for our daughter's grade 10 year. Not sure how smoothly American system translates to British system since he's already done grade 9 in America. Does anyone have experience with the international schools in Porto and have suggestions of which one is best fit for Americans?
