4 Days in Portugal

Hi everyone. We plan to be in Portugal Oct 26-29 after a trip to Spain. Would like to scout out either/or/and Porto and Lisbon for possible relocation in next 2 years. Looking for any advice for best trip planning in such a limited time for goals of talking to expats. Go to Lisbon? Porto? Somewhere else? Would love to talk/meet with transplants rather than join a tour group. Have to decide before end of week in order to get a flight from Magala Spain. Thanks!
