Preparing our rented house for the arrival

Our family is planning to move from the East coast USA to Altura (Algarve area, near Tavira) in September. We rented the house and are trying to prepare it for our move (as we are arriving just with a few suitcases, leaving all our things in US). It is a very difficult task since we do not know anyone in the area. We are looking for cleaning services to clean the house, pest control services and handymen services in the area. Can someone recommend trustworthy services in Tavira or Altura or better yet recommend a trustworthy website for finding services like this. Thank you very much in advance!
