Re-Introducing Ourselves

We currently live in the Carolinas and plan to move to the Algarve soon. I have dual citizenship from Portugal. I was born in Lisbon and moved to the US at 11. My wife is American, and I am working with an attorney to get her citizenship. Meanwhile, we are planning a trip to the Algarve in late September after a brief stop in Madeira for my wife to help her client with the interior of the home she is about to build. We will be staying at an Airbnb in Olhos de Agua. We will only visit three days as I have to go to Madrid for meetings. We plan to drive around the Algarve to see where we might want to look for our home, as we have yet to decide on the area. We plan on driving east and west of Olhos de Agua. We would love to meet and have a drink with some expats. If you are interested, please let me know. We will arrive on Sunday the 22nd and leave on the 26th.
