Título de Rêsidencia CARD renewal

Boa tarde all. This may be a dumb question but I haven't been able to find a definitive answer online. With the recent decision to extend "all" visas (I don't recall exactly which ones are impacted) are extended through June 30, 2025, does that mean that our Título de Rêsidencia CARDS are ALSO good through June 30, 2025? Or do I/we (my card expires in late September, and my wife's expires in late October) have to renew the cards anyway? If we have to renew the card, has someone on here done that recently? Can you confirm what is needed (documents, current card, etc) and where it's done (Loja de Cidadão vs Freguesia, other location)? Muito obrigado!
