Home Insurance - Vacation Home

Bom Dia all! We just purchased a home in the Viseu district (north central Portugal). We are looking for some advice on the best home insurance providers in the area. We are searching for a relatively bare bones policy because we plan to fully renovate the property eventually. From reading online a second home policy can range anywhere from $100 to $500 per year which is relatively affordable.

Some background about our situation. We still live in the USA and plan to retire to Portugal in 4 years time. Hence we just want a limited policy in case something major happens before then. Thank you all in advance.!
