Best places for healthcare

My greatest concern with moving is ensuring I can get the healthcare I need. I am a colorectal cancer survivor who has a permanent colostomy, and currently have stage 4 kidney disease including a permanent bilateral nephrostomy that requires outpatient exchanges every 3 months performed by an interventional radiologist. Solving this need will determine where I relocate.
