Which city might be best for me?

I very much want to move to Portugal on a D7 visa. I'm looking to live in a place that is on or near the ocean (maybe on the Atlantic coast) with good beaches, excellent public transportation, good gyms and fitness opportunities, good doctors and specialists, and cultural and learning opportunities. I'm bisexual and am also looking for an open-minded, tolerant community which isn't too woke. I love the whole notion of living in Lisbon but don't believe I can afford it; a city like Porto might be a better option for me, not sure. Any counsel you can offer on which cities might be a good fit for me would be appreciated. Thank you!
