Leroy Merlin Credit Extension?

When you buy items at Leroy Merlin, you get a 10% credit into your LM account that you can use at a future date. However, you only have 90 days to use the credit. Has anyone been successful in getting Leroy Merlin to extend the 90-day credit period? If so, how how did you go about it?
In our case we have 2000 euros to consume in 6 days :-( and afraid of losing that since we are out of country.
