AIMA has recently launched, to much fanfare, a new service: to change the address or apply to receive a duplicate of Titulo online (at contactenos.aima.gov.pt). By now, I've tried that form many times through all browsers known to man but still, the form and three supporting documents it requires cannot go through to AIMA (there are three error messages I've encountered: it's either "Erro no envio de formulário. A validação de reCAPTCHA falhou. Tente novamente" or "Erro no envio de formulário. O sistema encontra-se indisponível. Por favor, tente novamente" or "As validações de negócio não foram cumpridas". Has anyone tried to use this "new and super convenient", as AIMA boasts, feature of theirs? Has anyone succeeded in overcoming error message(s). As per the message on that page ("os pedidos só podem ser feitos até 90 dias antes da validade do Cartão/Título de Residência"), the changes to an address could be done only before 90 days until the expiration of the Titulo. Since expiration dates of all expiring or expired Titulos have been automatically extended through June 30, 2025, a change of address (if that warning is true) has to be done before April 1.
