I am looking at possible work in Qatar and have been short listed for a two year government contract. I have a young family a wife, five year old daughter and new born child.
I would appreciate input and information on the following:
1. Work conditions in Qatar?
2. Standards of Health and education?
3. What would comprise of a typical package? I have bnever worked abroad and therefore am unsure on this - car and furnished accommodation?
4. What is the safety like for a young family in Qatar?
5. What are other pitfalls that I need to be aware of before accepting job?
I have heard mixed feedback from people having worked there from the one side of it been very safe and high standards to the neagtive side - strict laws, harsh threatment of contractors etc.
