visas and residence permits for family members

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has good knowledge about Qatar visas and residence permits and can help me out.

I've been offered a job in Qatar and my employer will sponsor my residence permit. I am also my mother's guardian as she's disabled. Will I be able to bring her to stay with me and how can I go about getting a residence permit for her as well?

Would very much appreciate any information on this.
