Possible Move to Qatar

Hi my name is shane,
I'm a 32 single irish guy been offered a sous chef position in the sheraton in qatar, they have offered me the expat package? i don't know what that is in full, but the company has said full health , apt. airfair and visas all arranged. is that the normal package also here is the catch it is $1800 USD per month tax free, am i wasting my time or should i try to negociate a little. how far will 1800 get me, and how much of that will i be able to bank.

any other info you think i might need will be greatly apperciated.

I saw the advise you gave the guy from cali thus the reason i'm asking you.
