Hi my husband works in Qatar on a 2 year contract as an accountant. I have a 11 month old daughter we are both Canadian citizens.

what are my rights as a candian women living in Qatar?
Is it safe for my daugher as a baby to live there with out no risk for health concerns? Is there infant toddler play school type of programs for free there?

Is there free health care?
