Gluten Free Foods

Hi, my wife Jo is Gluten free for foods> We have found that MegaMart in The Centre has a reasonabl range of Gluten free foods but very expensive. Does any one els know of any other food outlets that sell Gluten Free foods?

Also, does anyone know of any Restaurants or Cafes that sell ready made Gluten Free food (muffins, cakes bread, meals etc)?

We look forward to any help we can get.
